CodrSchool is a SIMPLETEQ Internship program designed by experienced programmers for students and fresh graduates.
Our main objectives are to learn, experiment and launch a web product. Our program is focused in designing and constructing a web application using open-source technologies. If a product makes sense, we'll offer to support it as a joint-project with the interns who made it and SIMPLETEQ.
We are limiting the scope of the technologies we use based on what we are doing at SIMPLETEQ. These technologies include Linux, mySQL, Ruby, Rails and Merb.

Program overview
- 3-step Internship qualification process
- Bi-annual, 3-month program (Apr-Jun, Oct-Jan)
- Conceptualize, develop, deploy and maintain a web product
- Or, maintain, refactor and improve an existing product
- 3-day training, bi-weekly team meet-ups

For the internship program, Interns can conceptualize their own ideas or SIMPLETEQ can suggest them. In the case of a succesful web product, we would offer to support the product, in exchange for a teeny-weeny minority stake.
